Vanessa Ossino is a doctoral candidate at the University of Cologne and the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) as well as a fellow and scholarship holder of the a.r.t.e.s. Graduate School for the Humanities in Cologne. Her research focusses on Husserl, Merleau-Ponty and Heidegger as well as critical, political and feminist elaborations of phenomenology. She also works on the philosophy of perception, affect theory, social philosophy and post-Marxist theory. She is currently part of the editorial team of the blog et-al.
