Salvo D'agostino

pp. 151-166

Abstract

This study will be restricted to a consideration of some aspects of the conceptual history of theoretical physics, as they appeared in the scientific literature in the decades around the turn of the century. The span of time under examination corresponds to the rise and the rapid growth of theoretical physics in Europe, approximately between 1870 and 1930.1
